Hogansville utility rates are subject to change at any time, especially natural gas and electric rates which are subject to volatility in those markets. Natural gas prices change monthly and can be expected to rise dramatically in peak demand seasons. The City will endeavor to notify customers of any changes with as much notice as is possible.
Budget Billing
Budget Billing allows you to pay the same amount on your utility bill each month, removing the month to month fluctuations caused by the changing seasons, usage, or other factors. To qualify for the budget billing plan you must have at least one year of service with the City of Hogansville and your account must be current. Click here to download the Budget Billing Application.
Each year by July 1st the City of Hogansville publishes its Consumer Confidence Report (CCR), also known as an annual drinking water quality report. Your CCR tells you where your water comes from and what's in it.
